The Sunset is a 50-suite apartment-style hotel located at 1111 Burnaby Street in Vancouver’s West End. Originally constructed as a purpose-built apartment building, each suite offers significantly more space than a traditional downtown hotel room and includes a full kitchen and private balcony.
The property relaunched under independent local management in February 2026 following the wind-down of its former global operator. The Sunset specializes in extended stays and residential-style accommodations within walking distance of Sunset Beach and approximately 2.5 kilometres from BC Place.
