  • Check your spam or junk folder
    (This is especially common with Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.)
  • Search your inbox for “The Sunset” or our booking partner.
  • Confirm the email address used at the time of booking.
  • Allow a few minutes after booking — delivery can occasionally be delayed.

Your reservation details and pre-arrival verification are accessed only through the secure link in your confirmation email. At this time, we do not offer a separate guest portal.

If you’re still unable to locate your email, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to resend it.
