How luggage storage works at The Sunset
Our luggage lockers are provided as a convenience for registered guests only. By using them, you agree to the following guidelines:
Availability
- Lockers are available starting at 10:00 AM on your check-in day.
- If you arrive early, you’re welcome to store your bags until your room is ready.
- After check-out, lockers may be used until 7:00 PM on your departure day.
- All lockers are cleared nightly after 7:00 PM.

What not to store
For safety and liability reasons, please do not store:
- Valuables (cash, jewelry, electronics, passports, keys, medications, important documents)
- Perishable items, food, plants, or animals
- Illegal items, weapons, hazardous or flammable materials
The Sunset is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft, including circumstances beyond our control (e.g. water leaks, power issues, fire, or acts of nature). We recommend keeping valuables with you or ensuring they’re covered by your personal insurance.
Locker use & care
- Please keep your locker locked at all times.
- Keep the locker area clean and tidy.
- Lockers may not be altered or assigned to anyone else.
Security & inspections
For safety reasons, lockers may be visually or physically inspected by Sunset staff or local authorities if required by law.
By using the lockers, you consent to these inspections if necessary.
Lost access or uncollected luggage
- If you lose your access code or experience a locker issue, please contact our team for assistance.
- If luggage is left behind after check-out, we’ll make reasonable efforts to contact you.
- Shipping or retrieval costs are the guest’s responsibility.
- Unclaimed items will be handled according to local regulations.
A quick note on liability
Luggage storage is offered as a courtesy. By using the lockers, you release The Sunset from liability related to loss, damage, or injury connected to locker use.
